All our turkeys are reared with access to outside where they eat of the grass.
They are fed no growth hormones or antibiotics, thus living a natural life.
The turkeys are slaughtered by hand and then matured for 2 weeks by hanging in a chilled environment. This process brings out the full flavour in the meat.If you can email us on email@example.com and we confirm availability of sizes as we have limited availability.
